Mission: The principal purpose of Make Decisions 4U Foundation, Inc. is to offer opportunities to facilitate in the career-related decision-making of potential trainees. The non-profit organization provides workforce development programs that target industrial, technical and educational training. Strategic partnerships have been established in order to provide job placement opportunities for the residents of the city of Baytown, Houston and surrounding areas.
Goal: It is the goal of MD4U Foundation, Inc. to increase the local number of certified professionals by offering a diverse range of NCCER craft certifications and various other vocational trainings to meet the current demands of the job market in Southeast Texas.
This foundation will also collaborate with community resources in order to help provide financial support for selected vocational trainings being offered. MD4U strives to not only prepare trainees with quality training services, but also empower future leaders with a comprehensive educational preface to the industrial sector.
